Yes, now you too can get an EDU and/or GOV domain name. I am not going to explain what you can use it for as people that want this domains already know how to use them. So I will be really short. I can register GOV and EDU domains for you. I am doing this for almost 3 years and have registered about 500 EDU and GOV domains in this time for my friends. Now in this financial crises I decided to make it public to make a few extra bucks.

One (1) year registration of EDU and/or GOV domain will cost you $100. For each additional year you get a 5% discount. You can pay for maximum 5 years.
You can NOT choose the name of your domain. However you can suggest them.
Your domain might not be TLD .edu, .gov, but a SLD uk.edu, ...
You will not have control of your domain.
It can take up to a week for you to get your domain.

5% discount for each additional year?

Registration for one (1) year will cost you $100. For each additional year you get a 5% discount. Here is the price list with discounts:

1 year registration = $100
2 year registration = $200 - %5 = $190
3 year registration = $300 - %10 = $270
4 year registration = $400 - %15 = $340
5 year registration = $500 - %20 = $400

Why can't I choose names for my domains?

To prevent registration requests for domains like seo.edu or porn.gov. You will be able to make a suggestion of what domain names should be after your payment has been processed.

What is TLD and SLD?

TLD or Top Level Domain is for example .edu and SLD or Second Level Domain is .uk.edu.

How will I know when my domains are ready?

I will send you an e-mail after your .edu and/or .gov domains are registered.

How do I change name servers?

You will need to send me an e-mail every time you'll want your name servers to be changed and I will do this for you as soon as possible. I am usually near a computer all the time.

Can I set my own whois information?

No.

Up to a week to get my domain?

Yes, it can take up to a week for you to get your domains. Usually you will get them in a day or two but to help me protect my identity the payment you will made will not go directly to me but to a trusted friend of mine. My friend is like me almost always near a computer but sometimes it can happen that we don't talk to each other for a few days. Just to prepare you for the worst I said it can take up to one week.

Why donations?

In the past we had some problems with people that though a link from .EDU or .GOV domain they bought will somehow magically boost them from page #20 in SERPs to page #1. After they realized they still have to do some work on there own they requested refunds and in some cases PayPal ruled in there favor. With donations refunds are not possible.

Will my domains have different IPs?

This depends on your hosting. If you have more IPs you can have each domain on unique IP.

What can I do with this domains?

You can do anything you like. The best this to do tho would be to setup a page to fetch data from RSS feeds with news that are somehow related to niche of site you will be linking to.
